About Me

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Lucy, I’m an OCN-certified infant and child sleep coach, originally from the UK and now happily settled in Sydney. I come from a background in Early Childhood Teaching and Nannying and have spent over 15 years supporting families and nurturing little ones through those precious early years. I hold a Master’s degree in Early Years Education and have a strong understanding of the science of sleep, which I blend with real-life, practical support for families.

Alongside my sleep coaching work, I also run Baby Sensory classes for babies aged 0–13 months. These sessions are all about supporting early brain development while giving parents fun, engaging activities, special bonding time with their babies, and the chance to connect with other families. Working with babies, children, and parents has always been my passion!

Most importantly, I’m a wife and a very proud mum to two gorgeous girls. I’m often asked whether my background in early years makes parenting easy — and honestly, it doesn’t. What it does give me is confidence, understanding, and a huge amount of empathy for the families I work with. Being an expat meant doing the long days and even longer nights without the family support so many parents rely on, and at times it felt incredibly exhausting and isolating. Helping our babies learn to sleep independently and feel happy in their own sleep space was one of the best things we ever did for our family — it allowed us to move from simply surviving to really enjoying family life.

How I Can Help

In my sleep coaching practice, I’m passionate about helping families get better sleep — and more of it. I’ve seen firsthand how draining sleep challenges can be, and how life-changing it is when babies start sleeping well, bringing calm, balance, and joy back into the home.

I help families understand that sleep is a biological process babies are born with. Just like feeding or breathing, babies already know how to sleep; they just need the right conditions — comfort, safety, consistency, and good timing — to do it confidently on their own. I specialise in working with babies aged 4–12 months, when sleep cycles have changed, habits are still flexible, and gentle, lasting improvements can be made.

I’m trained in a range of gentle, evidence-based sleep approaches and tailor every plan to suit your baby, your family, and your parenting values. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution — my role is to guide, support, and reassure you as you help your baby learn to self-settle happily in their own sleep space.

If you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, you don’t have to do this alone. I’d love to support you and your baby on your sleep journey — let’s work together to help your family get the rest you need.
